Since the Corporately/ Billionaire controlled media is not wanting to show us how great the protest was today, I have decided to post from f/Friends of mine around the country.
As I have posted about before, Erica Chenoweth who has studied non violent overthrows of dictators, finds it takes 3.5% of the population out in the street over a prolonged period of days or weeks. For the US population that would be 11.4 million people. (Translate - the largest 333 cities in the US had protests of over 10,000 each.) We have a good start folks. Early counts said 3 million people came out at 1,400 protest sites. As the days go by that count should get more precise. But initially people are saying it was definitely bigger than the first Womxn's march and sits at around 1%. We have to grow our crowds and we need to start arming them with strategy at the march.
